Fraud beware

I had received a couple packages from amazon from freshpair so I thought why not buy directly from the seller, and boy was it a huge mistake.

Their customer supports while friendly, has no process in place when packages go missing. Their manager does nothing except quickly dismisses any case. When I reached out first they told me they'd talk to their manager and then start a investigation with usps, and they'll follow up with me. But a week passed and nothing so I reachedout again and my request was brought to the attention to the manager who quickly dismissed it completely and to me to file a claim with my bank. Now that sounded like they have no idea what bank does and was immediately a red flag to me. So I reachout again and asked if they even bothered to have usps investigate to which they told me they have but when I called usps after I was told there was never anyone contacting usps about the package.

Throughout the entire process I was never given a tracking number. And all the information I had received were just given to me by their support with no actual documentation anywhere.

They might seem like they have good deals but the site seems to be a scam so far.

Placed my first order with them but got…

Placed my first order with them but got only 1 out of 3 items I ordered. Tried to get in contact with their customer support but the link to their email doesn't exist so since I live in Europe there's no way for me to get in contact with them directly. I'm very disappointed and cannot recommend anyone buys from them.

Loyal repeat customer

Loyal repeat customer, always had a good experience until now. Placed an order on 12/6 for a Christmas gift. DHL tracking showed it stopped in Grand Prairie TX and USPS showed it was waiting to be scanned in. I reached out to FreshPair on 12/22 and was told to wait until 1/15/22 to see if it could be located and delivered. Found the same items on Amazon for $2 more, so I asked for a refund. Then they offered to re-ship the items as they filed a claim with the carrier to recover the $40 in items. They lost me over $40 that they knew they would not lose in any case.

If you are like me and want the quality and don't care about price there are fine retailers you can shop at online like Macys or like I found, Amazon carries some of them for the same price. And if you have a problem they don't tell you to wait a month before they will do something.

Loyal Customer

I ordered on 3 items on 12/16 that cost a measly $40. DHL showed its hand off to USPS on 12/21 and USPS showed waiting to be scanned in to USPS facility. Waited a few days and it did not move. Contacted CS and was told to wait until 1/15/22 to see if it would appear. A few days later I found the same items on Amazon, regular prices at $2 more than the sale price I paid. Realized that if they really valued me they would have offered to reship the items rather than tell me to wait. So I asked for a refund and the response was "we filed a claim with the carrier, please sign the affidavit and we can either re-ship the items or refund you". Thier $40 was never at risk and they lost me as a customer forever over it. Shop at Amazon. Amazon may not value me as a customer, but they also don't tell you to wait a month for your in stock items to arrive when they know the package is lost, even the carriers do not show the package as received by them.

Great response time

I ordered from Freshpair. They acknowledged my order right away. I was sent an email that the order is on the way a day later. I emailed Freshpair about their lousy reviews and got a response right away. They seem to be a good company. I think lousy reviews are from third party vendors with an axe to grind.

Had items in stock that no else did

I placed an order and then read the reviews. I almost attempted to cancel my order after reading them. I'm glad I didn't. Quick shipping, received exactly what I ordered. 100% Authentic, not knock offs. Don't believe everything you read on the Internet. 5 stars for my experience with Freshpair.com

Fresh pair doesn't deliver and doesn't refund

Fresh pair uses USPS as their delivery partner, but doesn't stand by the their choice when it comes to issues. USPS scanned a package as delivered and placed in my mailbox, but it was not. Fresh pair CS tooks over 7 days to get to a resolution which was for me to charge back against the purchase. Yikes. I would never order from here again.

FreshPair does not honor posted sales! Scapegoat is the Marketing Dept.

This company promoted a buy one get one free sale, but when you put the items in your shopping cart, it did not apply the sale correctly. I sent them screen shots that I took at the time that I was trying to order. When I presented this to customer service, they said that was not the sale. The sale was for buy one get one 50% off. I went back to the website and took screen shots again because the "sale" was still being presented. Then, an hour later, they changed the sale to "buy one get one 50% off buy one get one free". Basically, the "marketing dept" was trying to cover their butts. I took screen shots of this and sent it to them. Still would not honor their sale, nor own up to their mistake. This seems to be a common occurrence, so be sure to check your carts pricing before checking out. Sad, I have been a customer for awhile, but no more. You get better prices going directly to the manufactures sites... I found that out after going through this.

If I could give it a zero I would

If I could give it a zero I would. I ordered from them and they took my money right away BUT I STILL don’t have my items. There are two shipments. I have been in contact with customer svc. that is also a joke. They have given me so many delivery dates and promises. Now I find out the jogs. got to my city but returned fir insufficient address. I requested a refund right away and I’m being told they have to send the info to another dept. and they will decide if I get refund or new shipment. NO WAY. I’m contacting BBB and the CEO of this scam company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM-you will waste your tome and money. SCAMMERS

Overcharged me and won't resolve it

Overcharged me and won't resolve it!

Sent me double 1 item and charged me for both. When I requested a return/refund they said I will have to pay the shipping cost to return the item for my refund.

John from customer service kept emailing me saying that I ordered it. I did not but now I'm forced to accept it.

I didn't ask for 2 of the item why should I be forced to pay for shipping to return it?

Don't shop there!
